Now, i'm not super knowledgeable in audio, but i'll try my best to review this product.Starting from opening the packaging... the packaging is very nice, feels premium and looks the part too. You open it up and the two earbuds are on display. When you take them out, I personally, was suprised by how "not-heavy" they were. they were'nt neccessarily light, just not heavy. after plugging in the headphones i noticed that there was no clarification on which wire went to which earbud (at least that i could see) so I wish KZ had done something with that. The 4-core cable that they give you isnt horrible, i've yet to try out an 8-core cable but as others have said, im sure that is is definitely better. Now to the sound quality, if you're like me.. i came from not really knowing alot, not sure what different drivers meant, and i had only used single driver earphones and i was expecting this to blow me away and make it seem like i was really there. BUT it didn't. And then.. i started to notice things... as I was listening to some of my favourite songs... you could actually hear things. Like in stead of just a thump on a drumset.. you could actually hear the impact from the stick hitting the drum skin. And you're probably thinking "well isnt that the same thing" but let me tell you... no. there is a huge difference in the tone of just a thump and how you can hear basically the whole sound of a hit. It is amazing. When listening to trumpets, you can hear the strain of the high notes, and the volume of the lower ones.. it was amazing. These earphones dont just play the notes.. they have all the overtones and everything.. and while at first i was kinda dissapointed.. it wasnt till a few songs in that i was absolutely blown away. such clarity and clearness in sounds was amazing. and you will experience the same.. they are by far the best earphones i have had.
