The product quality is good and well packaged. Came with the exact number and size's as published within the ad.I must note these Samsung headphones have a unique fit (for me) and I've always had a difficult time trying to get them to simply stay in.The ear tips are harder and more solid, which is what i was looking for and helped them stay in my ear for longer periods of time. Now my headphones don't slip out. I love the different colors they offer and they offer both sizes.Samsung is notorious for the worst customer service and is practically asking for a miracle when trying to get replacement "ear tips". I've tried getting these for months and constant back-n-forth communication with Samsung. I love Samsung products but product support for accessories is next to impossible.
