I use these ear buds when I'm exercising at Planet Fitness. For some reason, those at the gym think I need to hear the music they are blasting through the speakers. 1) I don't like their choice of music. 2) 99% of the people have their own ear buds or headphones and listen to what they want, not the staff's choice. 3) I don't need to hear the music. 4) These buds fit into my ears securely and help block the unwanted noise, so I can turn the volume down and still hear what I hear, saving my remaining hearing for another day.What I like more than anything is the easy control of the volume while wearing them. One tap on the right ear and the volume increases. One tap on the left ear and the volume decreases. Easy-peasy.And the battery life is amazing.
