must be very cheap bnc connectors, I use 4 cameras but can only get 2, I have checked each connector over and over, nada,,, STRANGE, not long after posting, all 4 cameras came on and working wellGood picture but had hard time putting up monitor stand!Has limited connections!I like that you can tune to the quality picture you want...I used product for a CCTV monitorOverall, quality is good. What is supposed to say, FLICKER FREE sure looks like something else. This was - ah hem - an interesting conversation with my kiddos this evening when they read what they thought they saw, followed by, “What is that supposed to mean?” Oi…For the amount I paid ($82.00), this computer monitor fits the bill perfectly! I needed to replace my existing computer monitor which died of old age. When I received this ViewSonic monitor it looks good, displays a beautiful picture and the controls are extremely easy to get to.The monitor is not height adjustable and the stem is extremely short. Nevertheless, I bought it for a low-use system and it should work fine while resting atop a few dictionaries. (I should have read the specifications a bit more closely)One note of caution...they may be selling refurbished as new. The box had extra tape, and the monitor's peel-off plastic protection screen was taped together in places.I bought this as my eyes are getting tired from staring at my laptop screen. This is a good extension screen and the width is perfect as I only have a small desk. The blue anti glare filter makes it easier for my eyes. The package arrived a week sooner than expected. There is a leaflet that came with the box but there was no information about how to use the buttons or change the settings. You have to download the user manual on the web instead.Please note the version I bought had VGA & DVI connectors and this does not have HDMI, but this is what I was expecting and adapters are available if you need them. Too many monitors now are huge, and when working on documents I find a really large monitor is not the best. This was the perfect size. The picture is really sharp, start up is quick, and menu functions work well. The stand is sturdy but non-adjustable and I am having to use a monitor riser to get it to a comfortable height for me. Not my first view sonic product and it won't be my last. Good value. I don't know if it would be good for gaming or not.Good small monitor for basic usage. I have been using it in my home office and it's fine. Picture and brightness are average. The price is good for what you get.
