Item is small slim and aero dynamic. Love the device.Not much to dislike if anythingVery very poor. First issue is the size! They are noticably heavy and much thicker than most earbuds - this means they will easily fall out and changing tip sizes didn't help - gravity is going to win, and they'll end up on the floor. Sound quality is weak and insipid, the bass in particular is very weak and the volume is low too, even on maximum - I have a few no-name earbuds that I use for running or hiking and these just do not compare to items costing 80% less. Cannot recommend.2/5Noice cancellation:this works as expected. Relatively well.Sound quality:Very bad. I could not hear very well the other side on a call. Many times sound was also very low. Quite disappointing for the money it costs.Sound clarity:OMG, that was the worst. Both head pieces might start making random cracking sounds and that's not just when you were near metal devicesDevice sturdiness.And we come to the final straw.After 5 months of using them, the left piece is completely useless. The crackling sound just keeps on making these noises.Overall one of the worst purchases everMMThey stopped working in less than month and they want to charge me for replacement. What a business. Tried all rubber attachments none work for me sadly.The sound is great battery life is amazing, noise cancelling is very good.Sadly for me they didn't fit.Really like the new Jabra Elite 85ts. I can wear them for hours without my ears hurting, the sound quality is very good, the multi-pair functionality is awesome. Sound isolation is not as good as the one on sony 1000mx3s or mx4s but still very good.There are some compatibility issues with linux and Google Meet etc but I believe those would be resolved via software and firmware updates later on.[UPDATED]Giving it 3 stars because of BAD call quality. The microphones pick up background noise and amplify it. Still perfect for music and othet things, its just the call quality.
